Dr Hilton holds an LLB and an LLM, and provides commercial legal advice and consultancy: practical support with commercial agreements and business documentation, and legal and commercial analysis to support business decisions.

Hilton Law is an independent legal consultancy and is not a firm of solicitors. It is not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The services advertised on this website focus on commercial agreements, business documentation, commercial structuring and legal and commercial analysis. Where a matter requires an authorised professional, we will explain that it falls outside the proposed consultancy engagement.
Where a matter requires a regulated legal service, you may need to instruct a solicitor or another authorised professional. If your requirements fall outside the consultancy's scope, we will tell you.
